This one-day course is ideal if you need practical, in-depth information on all aspects that relate to FIN.

Audience

This course has been designed for interface administrators, back-office staff and managers, security officers and auditors.

You will learn how to

• Picture the operational aspects of SWIFT
• Perform day-to-day tasks to manage your FIN system
• Understand the basic features and tasks related to the Relationship Management Application (RMA)
• Successfully set up relationships with your correspondents

Course content

This one-day course covers the following topics:

• Overview of FIN
• Detailed description of the structure of FIN messages
• Monitoring the message flow, daily reports and network notifications
• Retrieval of previously sent or received messages
• Broadcasts
• Test and training facilities
• Occasional operations, such as creating and revoking authorisations, etc.
• Connecting to the SWIFT network
• Relationship Management Application (RMA) theory
• SWIFT documentation and support

Prior knowledge

It is an advantage to have some basic knowledge about SWIFT.
