SWIFT eTraining enables you to increase your level of knowledge with a limited training budget, in a cost efficient way. It offers the latest content from the source in a visually attractive and engaging multimedia training tool with voice-over.
Depending on the size of your company, you can choose between a single site or multi-site/intranet licence. This annual subscription includes all updates! SWIFT eTraining is easily accessible and available for download 24/7 from the internet, providing you the benefit to train whenever you want, wherever you want.
Three factors determine the price of your SWIFT eTraining subscriptions
1. The scale of your organisation
- A “Single-site” licence grants you the right to make the eTraining software available to all users in one single location
- A “Multi-site/Intranet” licence grants you the right to make the eTraining software available to all users in all sites of your organisation, branches and parent companies
2. Your preferred deployment option
- The “Single site” licence requires you to install the training software on each individual workstation.
- The “Multi-site/Intranet” licence gives you the choice between local installation on each station, and central hosting on your intranet. The intranet option (available on request) enables you to host the training contents as a webpage on your corporate intranet with no additional installation or activation requirements on the students’ side.
3. The location of your institution
The price of a “single site” licence depends on your institution’s location using the up-front SWIFT Training banding discount.
Given its multi-national character, the price for “multi-site/intranet” licences is not banded.
SWIFT Training banding discount
The price for a single-site licence is adjusted to your location using the up-front SWIFT Training banding discount. Prices are linked with the economic situation in your country as published by the World Bank.

All modules are downloadable from the SWIFT Training site. If you wish to receive the module and any future updates on CD, these are available at an extra EUR 50 per year per module.
For global institutions, global license versions with intranet compatibility for centralised hosting in your institution are available on request.
Subscription duration and renewal
If you pay through your monthly SWIFT invoice, the license is granted per calendar year and tacitly extended. For the first subscription year, the yearly subscription fee is pro-rated based on the number of days left prior to 31 December. Subsequent calendar years are billed each year in January.
If you pay by credit card, the license is granted for a period of 12 months starting on the day of the order. You are charged the subscription fee for a full year.
Subscription fees are not refundable.
