The dynamic world of financial telecommunications is characterised by a constant flood of innovations. Whenever new solutions are introduced, SWIFT Training analyses the impact on the customer and defines the training that will address his needs. We carry out customer surveys and consult internal specialists to specify the course content and develop the supporting material.
We then carry out "dry runs", which are internal courses where we gather feedback to further refine and polish the course. Once the material is ready for delivery, our expert instructors study the course. They are certified when they prove subject matter expertise and show a sound pedagogical approach during their own internal sessions.
This is the basis for course delivery at SWIFT Training: only certified instructors will deliver courses to our customers! You can be assured that only knowledgeable specialists will provide you with accurate and up-to-date training and information.
To address our customers' training needs on a world-wide scale, and offer training in the local language where possible, SWIFT Training enlists the support of a number of local partners, to complement the SWIFT-based instructor teams.
Since the first partner, Alliance Factors in the Russian Federation, came on board in 1998, SWIFT Training has certified instructors in 15 countries. SWIFT Training partners are required to follow the same demanding certification process as our core instructors before being allowed to represent SWIFT at a SWIFT Training course. This involves several months of intensive coursework followed by certification from a senior SWIFT Training instructor.
In addition to our core team of instructors, the following SWIFT Training partners have received the official stamp of approval from SWIFT Training.
