| SWIFT2015 |
|
Tuesday 15 September, 14:00 - 15:30
Wednesday 16 September, 14:00 - 15:30
The technical, regulatory, market, and social changes that we will face over the next five years are impossible to predict, so SWIFT’s resilience in the face change will be the key to the robustness of its 2015 strategy.
As part of a 4-month process of gathering input on how SWIFT’s current and future members and users are anticipating change, we would like to invite you to a 90-minute SibosLab session to brainstorm the future. Our collective challenge is to imagine the sort of threats and opportunities SWIFT and its community will be facing over the next five years and think through their implications for all of us.
The session will be interactive, stimulating and challenging. No particular preparation is necessary, but courage and imagination are essential.

Take time with your Sibos colleagues to profile your future customers. What kinds of products and services will they demand? Are you prepared to provide them? This session will help reduce the gap between the customer you know today and the one you don’t know tomorrow.
