Consulting Services

SWIFT Consulting Services provide expert advice to help you prepare your infrastructure for Alliance 7.0 and get the most out of its new features and options. They also provide on-site installation and upgrade assistance for all of your environments and sites.

Training 

Do you prefer to have the knowledge within your organisation? SWIFT proposes a number of training courses which will teach you how to deploy, manage and use the SWIFTNet environment in release 7.0.

Start with the generic one-day session 'Release seminar 7.0 for SWIFTNet and Alliance', and move on to the interface-specific sessions. If you want to become familiar with the SWIFTNet Online Operations Manager and the new security features, attend the new one-day session 'Managing PKI with Browse'.

Support

SWIFT Support proposes a remote release 7.0 upgrade service. This service aims to efficiently and seamlessly upgrade your infrastructure in a cost beneficial way through our Remote Support service.

SWIFT Support also provides self-service facilities, such as the Knowledge Base and the online User Handbook, which registered users can use to search 7.0 related information, including answers to frequently asked questions, solutions to common problems, and user documentation. If you need more specific help, contact your regional Customer Support Centre.
