Manual operations

Lite supports manual message entry/repair, display, sorting, reporting and searching for the different financial messages you need.

Lite allows you to monitor the status of your transactions through automatic and reliable delivery notifications. Combined with SWIFT’s renowned security, guaranteed delivery and non-repudiation, you can rest assured that when a sent message is accepted by SWIFTNet, SWIFT will deliver it in a non-disputable way.

A door to automation: AutoClient

AutoClient, a lightweight integration software, offers a low cost solution to send and receive messages and files to and from a business application and exchange them with SWIFT correspondents.

It is an optional component of Alliance Lite that enables the file input and output of any FIN message type (from MT 101 to MT 999) , ISO20022 Fund MX messages, as well as files. 

Integration is easy and straight forward: you first prepare your messages or files on your back-office application and then drop them in a predefined directory on the Lite PC. AutoClient picks them up and sends them to SWIFT.

Lite is much more than just a message entry tool. It includes the following additional features:

• Support for FINCopy.
• Intraday multi-bank cash reporting.
• Export functionality to export all your messages in various common formats such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CSV, and PDF.
• Templates allowing you to enter frequently used instructions data only once.
• Simple operator management: you control directly what your operators can do or not.
• Long term archiving and audit reports.
• Strong, but easy to use security: all sensitive actions are digitally signed using tamper-proof hardware security tokens.
• Four-eyes approval providing you with the necessary controls before releasing a transaction.

To use Lite, you only need an Internet connection and Internet Explorer on a Windows PC.
