Easier navigation, enhanced order tracking tool and updated forms

Revamped ordering pages for new and existing customers
In order to make it easier to navigate and give new customers a better view on the joining process and the main connectivity options, we have revamped the ordering pages: Join SWIFT, Alliance Kits and Alliance Lite. In addition, updated roadmaps provide a detailed overview of the sequence of ordering, their deliveries and the estimated project timeline.
The content of the ordering pages for existing customers is also being enhanced. We have started with the HSM forms (order, replacement, upgrade and terminate) and will soon roll out other pages.

Additional and updated forms

• Member/Concentrators: a new form is available for Alliance Lite resellers to serve new corporates.
• The Standardised Corporate Environment (SCORE) is now open to all corporates. A SCORE financial institution can recommend a corporate to join SCORE by completing a SCORE ordering page and the undertaking form (Join SWIFT) have been adapted accordingly.
• HSM Box upgrade form: HSM boxes are listed in the drop-down menu also when you change the ordering BIC.
• Security Officers forms and forms for BIC products User registration: Deactivated swift.com users are now removed from the drop-down lists.
