Alliance Connect Upgrade form now available

The following new forms have been added to the online ordering platform:

Order an upgrade to Alliance Connect
In April 2009, SWIFT launched new connectivity products: Alliance Connect Bronze, Alliance Connect Silver and Alliance Connect Gold.
These new network connectivity products provide a better service at a lower price. Among key differentiators with former connectivity products are the introduction of a modern internet access channel for our low and medium volume users, new high-performance VPN boxes and the phase-out of the obsolete dial-up technology.

Your existing network connectivity product needs to be upgraded to an Alliance Connect product by end 2011. The easy-to-use Alliance Connect Upgrade form is now available. The form takes into account five standard scenarios, which depend on your current and target situations, and on your selected switch-over mode. If you upgrade through this form, then your old connection is automatically terminated.

If your upgrade scenario is not part of the five standard scenarios, you must order your Alliance Connect product through the Alliance Connect Order form and terminate your old connection.

Before placing your order, access first the Interactive Upgrade Guide explaining step-by-step how to plan and execute your upgrade. The sooner you plan your upgrade, the sooner you can benefit from lower connectivity costs, new features and the upgrade rebate.

Order a spare VPN box
This new form allows you to order an additional VPN box for your Alliance Connect.
