SWIFT Ordering: How it works

With SWIFT Ordering you place orders online for all products and service new subscriptions, changes and terminations.

Here are the essential steps for submitting a successful order.

Submit online form

All online forms comprise three steps:

Step 1 enter information You fill in all the order details. Some fields are prefilled automatically, some others provide a selection through a drop down menu to ease your order completion. Mandatory fields are preceeded with an orange triangle.
Step 2 verify information and accept You confirm the information provided in Step 1 and accept the terms and conditions applicable to the order
Step 3 order confirmation SWIFT has registered your order with a reference number. It is displayed on the screen at the last ordering step and confirmed by an automatic email with the order details.

Validation

The order registered with a reference number is validated internally validation at SWIFT. In case of validation errors, SWIFT will correct the incorrect fields and provide you with a drafted order ready to be submitted.

Acceptance

Upon successful internal validation at SWIFT, SWIFT confirms the acceptance of your order by email. The acceptance is effective upon the sending of the email confirmation, or upon the execution of the order by SWIFT (typically the delivery/ activation/ modification/ termination of the ordered SWIFT product or service), whichever occurs first.
