Accord, the SWIFT's central matching service for confirmation messages.
Before you order

- For more information about Accord service, read the Service Description.
- In the form, Long Term Archive (LTA) is an option to the live Accord service only.
- For LTA users, the Accord matching history and audit trail of operator actions is kept for 10 years.
- Alliance WebStation is required to be able to use Accord service (Accord interactive functions and Long Term Archival functions). Click here to order Alliance WebStation.
- If you want to use Alliance WebStation behind Alliance Gateway, no ordering is required as Alliance WebStation is provided with Alliance Gateway.
- Subscribe to the Accord Test service before you subscribe to the Live service.
Useful information about processing and delivery of your order
- Provided the order is fully compliant, SWIFT will process it within an average of five business days after its submission.
- In case you require a priority or emergency treatment of your order, consult the Knowledge Base tip 2234103 (login required) which details the possibilities and the related charges.
- For Accord Treasury or Securities, DVD containing software and documentation are shipped by courier.
- Take into account the shipping courier deliveries leadtime and the specific delivery procedures required in your country. For example, payment of local taxes. SWIFT will always deliver door to door.
- Track your order with the order status tool (login required).
- The person who placed the order will receive automated emails that provide status updates of the order.
- Initial subscription to the Accord for Treasury test service includes delivery of the Accord GUI software and documentation to the shipping address indicated in the form.
- Accord documentation and software are sent automatically with your subscription to Accord, free of charge.
- Additional copies of the documentation or the software for both Treasury and Securities services are free of charge.
