Deactivation request

This page allows to deactivate a BIC8 or a BEI8 destination.

Before you initiate your order

Ensure that you understand all business and operational impacts, both one-time and recurring, this resignation may have. Wrongly submitted orders may impact your service availability.
Display the inventory of your connectivity configuration (login required)
Ensure that all outstanding payments are settled before you request a deactivation.
Resignations are synchronised with the BIC directory download acivation dates. See BIC Directory Publication schedule.
Any emergency roll back of your resignation request will be subject to fees (KB tip 2234103).
Read the SWIFT General Terms and Conditions, chapter 10, Duration and Termination.

Operational guidance

Make sure your message queues are emptied before the deactivation date and time.
Remain logged-in and selected until the deactivation date and time.
