Replace BIC8| Request a change of BIC/BEI with your FIN service configuration (change destination) | - Step 1: contact your local SWIFT office to validate that the new requested BIC/BEI is free and can be used.
- Step 2: Request to change a BIC8/BEI8.
The change of your BIC/BEI will be effective as from next possible monthly activation date. In order to have your change destination processed on time, you must submit your form at the latest two months before the requested publication date. Consult the BIC Directory publication schedule.
A change of the Institution name or address must be submitted to SWIFT using the ' My profile' on swift.com (refer to Knowledge Base TIP 1298884) . - Step 3: If you need to register new SWIFTNet Security Officers fill in the Security Officers form.
