Become Member/Concentrator
By completing this form, the SWIFT Member notifies SWIFT of its intention to become Member/Concentrator under the SWIFT Indirect Connectivity Programme.
Service Bureau Application
By completing this form, you notify SWIFT of your intention to become Service Bureau under the SWIFT Indirect Connectivity Programme. Please download and complete this application form and e-mail it to servicebureau.application.generic@swift.com
Servicing SWIFT Users under the Member/Concentrator model
This section can be used by a Member/Concentrator to service SWIFT users, either new customers or existing users.
A. Service a new user
Two roadmaps provide a step-by-step guide for Member Concentrators to serve new corporates or new financial institutions.
B. Service a new user via Alliance Lite
Member/Concentrators and Alliance Lite Resellers can serve new corporates as well as new financial institutions via Alliance Lite. For servicing new customers via Alliance Lite, the following actions should be taken:
