Setup of MA-CUG, Market Infrastructure or FINInform services
The following steps are required to set up a MA-CUG or a Market Infrastructure or FINInform service:
Step 1- Service application and approval
The setup of each MA-CUG or Market Infrastructure service must be approved by the SWIFT Board of Directors. The applications must be done in writing and use the Service Approval Request form.
The setup of the FINInform service and its application must be done in writing and use the SWIFTNet FINInform Service Approval Request form.
This document must be signed and returned to your SWIFT Regional Commercial administrator.
Step 2 - Service Administration Agreement

Step 3 - Service features definition
The Service Administrator defines the service features in:
This form must be signed by the authorised approvers and the Service Administrator, and must be returned to your SWIFT Implementation Manager. To give SWIFT advance notice of your selected service features, please also e-mail the form to your SWIFT Implementation Manager.
NOTE:
- You must complete one Service Profile form for each SWIFTNet environment (ITB, pilot and live). If multiple versions are implemented in the ITB or pilot environments, then you must complete one Service Profile form per version.
- On this form, you must appoint up to three persons as authorised to deal with SWIFT on any operational matters in connection with your service.
- The duly signed Service Profile form must be with SWIFT before SWIFT can provision the service.
