Terminate additional SWIFTNet Security OfficerYou can use this form in order to request the removal of one of your Additional Security Officers. This form cannot be used in order to request the removal of one of your Main Security Officers. If you need to appoint another Additional Security Officer replacing the one you are terminating, please use the form " Register Additional SWIFTNet Security Officers".

| The submission includes the following steps: | - Step 1: Complete and print the Terminate Additional SWIFTNet Security Officer
- Step 2: Complete the printed form with the required signatures.
- Step 3: Send the original to S.W.I.F.T. SCRL, End-to-End Ordering-Customer Security Management, Avenue Adèle 1, 1310 La Hulpe, Belgium

Upon receipt of the original form, SWIFT will send an e-mail to the main Security Officers. This e-mail will mention the identity of the removed Additional Security Officer.
If the terminated Security Officer has a Secure Code Card, Swift will revoke the card. |
