Change SWIFTNet Security Officers of a Service BureauWhen you replace a main SWIFTNet Security Officer, the remaining online Security Officers must revoke/disable the former Security Officer, and they must register the replacing Security Officer online, by means of the Local Registration Authority (LRA) module. A representative of your human resources department or a public officer (for example, a notary) must authenticate the identity of the Security Officer and must confirm the authority of the Security Officer on the printed form.

Important note: Only a duly completed and signed original of the security officer change form shall be considered as a valid submission. |
| The submission includes the following steps: | - Step 1 (online): Complete the replace main SWIFTNet Security Officers for Service Bureau form, and print the duly completed form when the transaction is confirmed (in step 3 of the form). Click on the "Print" button at the bottom left of the form.
- Step 2 (offline): Obtain all the signatures that are required on the printed form. Send the original via express courier service to S.W.I.F.T. SCRL, End-to-End Ordering-Customer Security Management, Avenue Adèle 1, 1310 La Hulpe, Belgium.

After the receipt of the original form, SWIFT will send a confirmation letter to the already registered main Security Officer. This letter will mention the identity of your new Security Officer.
