As announced, SWIFT offers five levels of support designed to meet the diverse requirements of low, medium and high volume customers. The five levels of support service ranging from web based support to a fully customisable solution are:
- Standard: This service is provided free of charge to Alliance Lite customers
- Standard Plus: This service is offered free of charge to all other SWIFT customers
- Premium and Premium Plus: The Premium suite covers the needs of customers who operate complex and critical infrastructures and require a higher level of support
- Premium Custom: The highest level of support is completely customised to the customer needs and will be based on a pre-agreement between the customer and SWIFT. Should you require this option, please contact your SWIFT account manager.
