Change my Network Connectivity

This section allows you to modify the options of your current network connectivity. It can be Alliance Connect Bronze, Alliance Connect Silver, Alliance Connect Gold, Dial-up, Dual-I, Single-P or Dual-P.

This section does not allow you to upgrade from Dial-up, Dual-I, Single-P or Dual-P to Alliance Connect. For an upgrade to Alliance Connect, please see the page that describes the different scenarios.

Change my connection configuration.


You can modify one or more parameters of your current configuration:
  • The IP address of SIPN connections (VPN Box IP and, or NSRP),
  • The subnet mask of SIPN connections,
  • The IP of my Host or Next hop due to a connection IP change.

Change my Dial POP configuration


You can modify one or more parameters of your current configuration:
  • the area code of your national POP(s)
  • the prefix of the dial string configured to reach your national or international POP(s)
  • the country of your international POP(s)
