Order Alliance RMA

Alliance RMA is a new interface offering providing Relationship Management Application (RMA) functionality. It is commercially packaged together with all the necessary software to run on a standalone system, or can be installed by re-using an existing Alliance Gateway infrastructure.

NOTE 1:
You only need to submit the " configure your SNL" form if you want to run SAR as a standalone system. In that form, select the hardware platform that you want to use for this SNL. This hardware platform automatically determines the SNL's Tier. Should this lead to a Tier higher than Tier 1, then the price difference between this higher Tier and the list price of a Tier 1 SNL will be charged.

The Alliance licence keys (required during installation) are available via the Secure Channel application on www.swift.com. Any registered user with a role "Is Alliance LSO" or "Is Alliance RSO" (or both) can view the licence keys for the relevant contract.
