Change options for Alliance RMA

The Change Alliance RMA Configuration Form is temporarily unavailable.

If you wish to change your Alliance RMA configuration, please send an e-mail to
End-to-End.Ordering@swift.com specifying your contract number and the change needed:

  • Change of Operating system
  • Add or remove BIC(s)
  • Add or remove RMA+ option for BIC(s)
  • Add or remove Database recovery (allowing to recover full content)
  • Add or remove Web Services for RMA (for RMA authorizations queries)
SWIFT will then process your order accordingly.
