Required membership documents

Together with the undertaking, the applicant SWIFT user must supply a minimum list of documents. Select below the appropriate user category below. SWIFT will process any personal data provided according to the SWIFT Privacy Statement.

Supervised Financial Institution

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
A copy of the operating license with English translation
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form

Non-supervised entity active in the financial industry

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
The letter of representation duly completed and signed
The certificate of incorporation with an English translation
By-laws, Articles of Association or Charter
The latest audited financial report
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the signatory person.
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form

Corporate (publicly listed in FATF member country)

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
The certificate of incorporation with an English translation
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The declaration of ownership from the listed entity if your institution is a subsidiary or a branch
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form

Corporate (recommended by a SCORE Financial institution)

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
The certificate of incorporation with an English translation
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The recommendation letter from a SCORE Financial institution
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form

Participant in a Member Administered Closed User Group

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
The certificate of incorporation with an English or translation
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
Subscription (e-order) to a live Member Administered Closed User Group (MA-CUG)
SWIFT needs to receive the approval from the Administrator of the MA-CUG

Treasury Counterparty

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
The certificate of incorporation with an English translation
By-laws, Articles of Association or Charter
The latest audited financial report
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the signatory person.
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form

Financial Market Regulator

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
The certificate of incorporation with an English translation
By-laws, Articles of Association or Charter
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form

Securities Market Data Provider

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
The certificate of incorporation with an English translation
By-laws, Articles of Association or Charter
The latest audited financial report
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form

Payment Market Infrastructure System Participant

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
A copy of the operating license with English translation
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form
Subscription (e-order) to a live Market Infrastructure (MI)
SWIFT needs to receive the approval from the Adminsitrator of the Payment System

Securities Market Infrastructure System Participant

The original undertaking e-form duly signed
A copy of the operating license with English translation
The list of authorised signatures having the authority to sign on behalf of the company
The copy of the identity cards or driver's license of the two security officers. This is not needed if you have delegated your SWIFTNet PKI security to another institution in the undertaking form
Subscription (e-order) to a live Market Infrastructure (MI)
SWIFT needs to receive the approval from the Adminsitrator of the Securities System
