Find and download here up to date information to help you track your invoices and account statements.
How to get access to the online billing information:
- Go to the 'Accesses' tab of your swift.com personal profile
- Click on Edit, go to 'Ordering Applications' section, tick the checkbox in front of ‘Billing Information' and save.
- Your request must be approved by your internal swift.com administrator. (The name of the administrator can be found in the 'Profile' tab).

How to receive paper invoices:
- As of May 2013, paper invoices will incur a monthly service charge of 50 EUR (per customer number/per month). Customers wishing to keep on receiving paper can indicate this in their Billing Profile, using the following eform: “Paper Invoice Request”

How to update my VAT number?
- Send your request to E2E Customer Contracts.
- The deadline to submit changes is five business days before month end. The changes will be effective on your invoice the following month.
- No retroactive invoices will be issued with the new VAT number provided.

How to access the Fixed Fee Overview Reports?
- Only "Fixed Fee" customers can access the Fixed Fee Overview Reports.
- Each institution administrator will approve access rights to authorized users
- Read the user guide for the detailed description and the access.

- The Invoice Manager the list of invoices and clearing information for your entire hierarchy over the past 24 months.
- Your month end invoices and credit notes will be available at the latest the 8th calendar day after month end.
- The Account Statement allows to view and download the account statement for each customer in your hierarchy. You can search on current and past account statements.
- SWIFT operates a system of payment by direct debit and highly recommends this method of payment.
