Since December 2009, SWIFT offers a connectivity notification service by e-mail to inform you of any connectivity issue with a permanent leased or DSL line. This service allows you to take necessary measures at a very early stage after a network line outage.
In response to a strong demand, as of 4 September 2010, SWIFT extends its e-mail notification service to the monitoring of internet lines of both Alliance Connect Bronze and Silver.
To activate the service, subscribe to the operational role Connectivity Email Contact in Manage Your Profile on swift.com. For more details, see Knowledge Base Tip 2233301.
If you are already registered to the notification service, you do not need to subscribe again. You will then automatically receive the e-mail notifications for your internet lines.
