The four days of Sibos are a key event in the calendar of the financial services industry, not only for those attending, but for the SWIFT community as a whole. Much of the discussion and interaction on the conference and exhibition floor has tangible consequences for the business activities of community members in the year ahead.
Two publications help the community keep track of what is happening at Sibos in Osaka. Sibos Issues, the official newspaper of record for the event, focuses primarily on reporting developments in the debates and discussions in and around the conference halls. A preview edition offers an overview of the themes to be addressed. Three on-site editions cover events as they unfold, while a wrap up edition provides a digest of the week's highlights.
SWIFT @Sibos covers SWIFT's own activities during the week. Two editions, a preview and a wrap up, are published. The former offers an overview of SWIFT's solutions for the challenges that are top of mind for the SWIFT community, while the latter covers the engagement ‘on the ground' between SWIFT and its community at Sibos.
Those onsite can use the preview editions of Sibos Issues and SWIFT@Sibos to prepare for the week ahead and gain a flavour of the activities to come. Those unable to make it to Osaka can still follow the events of the week online through the Sibos Issues digital edition. The two post-event editions will be available the week of 12 November.
All editions of both publications will be available in print and online. Whether you're on site or not, the dedicated Sibos publications will help you engage with what the SWIFT community is thinking and doing in Osaka.
