Maintaining operational stability, reducing cost and mitigating risk remain firmly on everybody’s agenda.  With the growing emphasis on business resilience and continuity, the sharing of best practices has never been more relevant.  This year’s forum provides youwith the perfect platform.

Operational excellence is all about continuous improvement and this year’s forum will also give an insight into the evolution of Premium Services as well as highlights from SOFE 2009: Operational Realities and Innovation – the way forward.
