Registration Fee
The Early Bird registration fee of USD 450 includes participation in all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and the cocktail reception. This special rate will be available until Feb. 27, 2009. The full rate for the conference is USD 600.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received in writing by SWIFT before Feb. 27, 2009, will be refunded in full (less a USD 50 administrative charge).

SWIFT Americas is offering limited sponsorship opportunities on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in sponsoring a continental breakfast or coffee break at SOFA, please contact us by Tuesday, Feb. 10, for more information.
Exhibiting at SOFA
This year SWIFT offers exhibitors an exciting opportunity to expand their presentation with offering each exhibitor a 10x10 space in SOFA Exhibition Hall (Broadway Ballroom South). Both table-top and pop-up exhibitions are welcome. All conference breaks, meals and a cocktail reception are hosted in the Exhibition Hall to maximize networking opportunities.
The cost of exhibiting is USD 4,000. This includes two free passes to SOFA 2009 and the Partner Meeting on March 19th. One Internet and one electric connection, a 6ft table, 2 chairs and a waste basket are included upon request at no charge to you.
An Early Bird reduced cost of USD 3,750 is available prior to February 20th.
