EUR 550 - includes access to the sessions, coffee breaks, snacks and lunches, cocktail and dinner on Wednesday evening, bus transport to/from Dolce Hotel La Hulpe Brussels on Wednesday morning/evening and from Dolce Hotel La Hulpe Brussels on Thursday morning.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations received in writing by SWIFT before 22 March 2010, will be refunded in full (less a EUR 50 administrative charge). No refund will be made after that date. However, you may transfer your registration to another person within the same organisation at any time on notification of SWIFT. Note that the transfer of hotel reservations (if any) require credit card details of the substitute to be communicated in due course and, generally, must be requested by a specific date (as specified in the registration information) at the latest.
Finally, if a transfer of registration results in a refund and new payment, an administrative charge of EUR 50 will apply.
Registration closes on 22 March 2010 or earlier if attendance capacity is reached.
