Certify your services
This page aims to provide companies that want to become a SWIFTReady service provider with a summary of the application process, as well as all the necessary forms and documents to submit their application. Remember that to apply for SWIFTReady services, you first need to be a registered vendor.
How to apply?
- Carefully read the SWIFT Partner Programme – Terms & Conditions.
- Carefully read the Partnering Overview document.
- Carefully read the SWIFTReady services programme overview.
- Request at least five (5) of your customers to fill-in and sign a Customer Reference form to support your application to become a SWIFTReady service provider.
- Once you have gathered your five Customer Reference forms, return them by e-mail to partner.management@swift.com.
- submit the SWIFTReady services - request for certification e-form (1).

Application phase
- Upon reception of your completed Request for certification form, the Partner Management group in SWIFT will send you an acknowledgement of receipt within one week.
- You then become an applicant SWIFTReady service provider
- SWIFT will notify you within a month whether your application is accepted or rejected. Companies whose application is accepted move to the next stage and become a candidate SWIFTReady service provider.
Candidature phase
- The candidature phase has a maximum duration of six (6) months. During this period at least two (2) experts must be certified on SWIFTNet Infrastructure or SWIFT's solutions.
- SWIFT will make a first review of your candidature after four months. A formal first review report will be sent to acknowledge the progress already done and what still needs to be achieved for initial accreditation.
- As soon as the initial accreditation criteria is met within the first six months, you become a SWIFTReady service provider with full recognition and privileges.
- If, at the end of the six month period, initial accreditation criteria is not met, a notification will be sent to confirm the end of this specific partnership agreement
