Certify your services

This page aims to provide companies that want to become a SWIFTReady service provider with a summary of the application process, as well as all the necessary forms and documents to submit their application. Remember that to apply for SWIFTReady services, you first need to be a registered vendor.

How to apply?

  1. Carefully read the SWIFT Partner Programme – Terms & Conditions.
  2. Carefully read the Partnering Overview document.
  3. Carefully read the SWIFTReady services programme overview.
  4. Request at least five (5) of your customers to fill-in and sign a Customer Reference form to support your application to become a SWIFTReady service provider.
  5. Once you have gathered your five Customer Reference forms, return them by e-mail to partner.management@swift.com.
  6. submit the SWIFTReady services - request for certification e-form (1).
(1) Registration on swift.com and an e-ordering profile are required to submit the Request for Certification form.

Application phase

  1. Upon reception of your completed Request for certification form, the Partner Management group in SWIFT will send you an acknowledgement of receipt within one week.
  2. You then become an applicant SWIFTReady service provider
  3. SWIFT will notify you within a month whether your application is accepted or rejected. Companies whose application is accepted move to the next stage and become a candidate SWIFTReady service provider.

Candidature phase

  1. The candidature phase has a maximum duration of six (6) months. During this period at least two (2) experts must be certified on SWIFTNet Infrastructure or SWIFT's solutions.
  2. SWIFT will make a first review of your candidature after four months. A formal first review report will be sent to acknowledge the progress already done and what still needs to be achieved for initial accreditation.
  3. As soon as the initial accreditation criteria is met within the first six months, you become a SWIFTReady service provider with full recognition and privileges.
  4. If, at the end of the six month period, initial accreditation criteria is not met, a notification will be sent to confirm the end of this specific partnership agreement
