This tool is used when applying to join SWIFT, ordering products, services, training and documentation, registering Security Officers, as well as when upgrading, changing and terminating existing installations.

Support Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the customer support services offered on www.swift.com, such as the Knowledge Base, Case Manager, Download Centre, Customer Documentation, Billing Information. SWIFT Customers have to register online to obtain access to these support services.
