The SWIFT General Terms and Conditions (1 January 2010) set out the terms and conditions that apply to the provision or use of the SWIFT Services and Products to which customers subscribe via an electronic form or other contractual arrangements that expressly refer to these SWIFT General Terms and Conditions.

The 3SKey Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions that apply to the provision and use of the 3SKey service. The 3SKey Tokens Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions that apply to the supply, use and, as the case may be, distribution of the 3SKey Tokens. The 3SKey Developer Toolkit Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions that apply to the provision and use of the 3SKey Developer Toolkit.
The Claims procedure for problems in a live environment sets out the procedure to follow when a customer decides to formally file a claim with SWIFT relating to the provision or use of SWIFT messaging services, Solutions or applications in a live environment. This procedure applies if the customer and SWIFT have failed to resolve the dispute at a business level. For more information about dispute resolution, see the applicable contractual framework (typically article 15 of the SWIFT General Terms and Conditions ).
Consulting services are governed by one of the two sets of terms and conditions:
Unless the service proposal expressly indicates otherwise, consulting services ordered through an office in the Americas will be governed by the Americas terms and consulting services ordered through an office in EMEA/APAC will be governed by the EMEA/APAC terms.
The Developers Toolkit Licence Agreement set out the terms and conditions that apply to the provision and use of the Developer Toolkits.
The SWIFTRef Services License Agreement governs the use of the SWIFTRef services.
The Directories Licence Agreement governs the use of the SWIFT Directories.
The free of charge BIC Online query tool is governed by its own Terms of Use.
The Directories data collection terms govern SWIFT’s collection of data for purposes of populating the SEPA Routing Directory, EURO1/STEP1 Directory, and Workers’ Remittances Directories.
The License Terms for Sample Source Code for Directories Download Automation govern the use of the sample source code that SWIFT makes available for automated download of Directories by SWIFT users and partners.
The HSM Box Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions that apply to the supply and maintenance of the HSM Box equipment. The HSM Tokens and Cards Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions that apply to the supply and maintenance of HSM Token, Card and Reader equipment.
The SWIFT Partner Programme Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SWIFT and a SWIFT partner in the context of the SWIFT Partner Programme. This document sets out the eligibility criteria and the roles and responsibilities of SWIFT and the partner during the term of their partnership. The SWIFT Partner Programme includes the registered vendor, solution provider, regional partner, global partner, label, and interface qualification programmes.
The SCORE Compliant MA-CUG Label Programme - Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions that apply to the registration for the SCORE Compliant MA-CUG Label Programme.
The Shared Infrastructure Policy governs the relationship between SWIFT and SWIFT users in the context of their use of the services of shared infrastructure providers. It explains the general principles that govern shared infrastructure operation, and the responsibilities of SWIFT users in this context. The document also describes the shared infrastructure provider requirements that are relevant for SWIFT users.
The Shared Infrastructure Programme Terms and Conditions (PDF) govern the relationship between SWIFT and the shared infrastructure providers in the context of their provision of shared infrastructure services to SWIFT users. It explains the eligibility criteria for both service bureaus and member-concentrators, their responsibilities, and the indirect connectivity label programme.
The Shared Infrastructure Providers Operational Requirements (PDF) describe the minimal operational requirements to operate an shared infrastructure connection, as well as the criteria for obtaining the right to use the shared infrastructure labels.
The SWIFT over Bloomberg Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SWIFT over Bloomberg service by SWIFT users.
The SWIFT Pricing and Invoicing documents below set forth the fees and charges applicable to SWIFT Customers for the provision and use of the SWIFT Services and Products, as approved by the SWIFT Board from time to time. The User Handbook DVD Licence Agreement governs the provision and use of the User Handbook DVD. The Standards contained in the User Handbook DVD are further licensed subject to the terms and conditions of the Standards IPR Policy - End-User License Agreement.
