SWIFT By-Laws
The SWIFT By-laws include the Articles of Association and the General Membership Rules of S.W.I.F.T. SCRL. They define the object of the company and contain the fundamental rules on, for example, share allocation, admission of shareholders and users, election and functioning of the Board of Directors, holding of General Meetings.
SWIFT Corporate Rules
The SWIFT Corporate Rules contain additional information about the functioning of SWIFT as a company. The Rules define, for example, the eligibility criteria for the different SWIFT User categories, detail the functioning of the SWIFT organisation and the holding of General Meetings.
