Organisational structure

The Regions
The three regions underpin SWIFT’s global organisation. Each regional head is empowered to run his region with considerable autonomy. The regional teams include locally based marketing, sales and support specialists, relationship managers and core corporate functions such as Communications, HR, Finance and Legal. This structure keeps us close to our customers and allows for increased regional decision-making possibilities.
